Cookie Policy
In short. We use a small set of cookies for sign-in, security, and preferences. We do not run advertising or cross-site retargeting cookies. Analytics is not active yet; when we add it, it will only run after you consent.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local and session storage. They let a site keep you signed in, keep your session secure, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. This policy explains how DataFlair.ai uses them and is part of our Privacy Policy.
2. The cookies we use
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Sign-in and session, security and cross-site-request-forgery protection, tenant routing, load handling. The application does not work without these. | Always on; no consent required |
| Functional | Remembering preferences such as interface choices so the product behaves the way you left it. | On by default where strictly needed for a feature you use; otherwise consent-based |
| Analytics (planned) | Aggregated, privacy-respecting measurement of how the website and product are used. Not active yet; being introduced. | When introduced, set only after you consent |
| Advertising / retargeting | Not used. We do not run third-party advertising, profiling, or cross-site retargeting cookies. | Not applicable |
3. Local and session storage
The application is a single-page experience and uses browser storage to hold session and interface state needed for it to function (for example to keep you authenticated and to render the app smoothly). This is used for operation, not for advertising.
4. How consent works
Non-essential cookies are off by default. When analytics is introduced, a banner will ask you to choose before anything loads. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, a single privacy-respecting analytics script is loaded and your choice is remembered in your browser so we do not ask again. We do not use cookie walls: declining never blocks access to the site.
You can change your mind at any time. Select Cookie preferences in the site footer to reopen the banner and accept or decline again. Clearing your browser storage also resets the choice, after which the banner will ask you again.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in and core features from working.
6. Changes and contact
